In memory of Adam Case, demand better legislation in Ireland when buying vehicles.

On Tuesday 1st August 2017 my teenage son, Adam, was tragically killed when he was a back seat passenger in a speeding car he unknowingly didn't know wasn't taxed, insured, was not road worthy with no NCT and it had only been purchased a few hours prior to my son dying. The driver had no drivers license.

I want the Irish government and Minister Shane Ross to change legislation and laws to make sure this doesn't happen again. It's to late for our family but as a legacy to Adam I demand from our government that no person should be able to purchase or be in control of a vehicle if they don't have a valid driver's license. Implications also need to be put in place for any person selling a car to such a person.

If this legislation was in place previously my son may be still here today to enjoy his future. Please sign this petition.
