NO PERSON LEFT BEHIND... SO HE SAIS

Look, the economy is crashing, Trump wants to spend 70 billion dollars on a wall to keep good and bad people out of our country. Wouldnt it make sense to give EVERY legal American 250,000 to 500,000 dollars (depending on age and income) to be spent on boosting the economy. It would have stipulations and come on a money market account with a refillable government card, to protect fraud. I think ages 16 (due to emancipation) to 80 years old would benefit. The automobile industry and housing development would flourish. Hunger and SNAP program along with TANF would end for several years to come ,the social security from work would not have to be spent but would be put back in to ones retirement. Those holding the card would be required to have employment and or get mental health treatment. The card could be used for necessities food , housing, daycare, military personnel, school, mental health,drug treatment, affordable insurance and all other things thay boost our ecomomy. In a few years this program would well pay itself back. The moneies would have to last say 7 years (example) nothing purchased with the card could be sold or traded to avoid drug trades and fraud. Persons would be required to submit regular drug testing to assure there on a good path to making a difference. Wouldnt this mend our economy in SO many areas. Persons holding the card have to spend the money so much per month or year on economy building industries. This would cover the Rich, Middle class and poor. No children will be hungry , persons could afford and or be required to purchase life insurance,life insurance policies could have the same stipulations as the government card that would be handed down to generation to come also any monies left over ,per individual, would roll over to next of kin or back to repaying the government. I havent done all the math but im pretty sure this would be less expensive then building a wall. Please sign ,lets get this country back to NO MAN LEFT BEHIND.
