Juba Cafe Petition

This petition is for Juba Cafe, and the right they are seeking to keep there business open for a longer period. The city of minneapolis has denied them this right because of the preveous tentes. Juba Cafe would really benefit from this extened time, and wants the city of minneapolis to know just because the preveous tents did wrong, the new Juba owners are not going to follow there footsteps, and not everthing is set in stone.
