HELP BRING LEXY HOME

my dog lexy was sold to me by tammy landry-walace for a $1000 and later stolen by her when she moved out of state. i reported proplems of her threarening to fight me to avoid issues and jail time if it ever got to that point. the hildago countys sheriff dept in lordsburg NM (famous for the 13 hr illegal anal prob at a traffic stop) has denied me a copy of that report stating its a civil case. (her not giving me the papers she sold me the dog with) is a civil matter not the threats. i have proof where she is but that state cant do anything unliss i get lorsburg to finish the relort and issue tge warrent. i have had many orior issues with there dept not doing there job as far as takingbreports and following threw. please sign if u demand justice and help me get my lexy home. they did nothing the first time and basicly gave her freedom to steal her from me. there claiming the need more evidence of ownershio but wont allow me a copy of the report when the deputy came months before and read the hundreds of messages includingbthe agreement of the sale later thst night ii sent video of her with my dog and her redponding i miss her but she looks happy. the arguing between us weeks later that went on for months about her lyingvand not giving mebthe papers she sold dog with. this id crazy. please sign if ur a dog lover , a friend or just believe this isbabsolute bullshit.
