Very few people include God in their lives today. Many live a life unto themselves, with little or no spiritual concept at all. The moral decline and suffering in this world is a direct result of indifference and lack of compassion. Without a moral compass pointing toward God, it is easy for ships to lose their way or capsize in rough waters.
Some have lost faith due to hardship. Others due to disillusionment because of hypocrisy by individuals who profess to know the way to Heaven. Some have never searched for their Creator, much less found Him. Some will never find Him. This life is often filled with suffering, pain, deceit, and injustice.
Only two things in this life are a given (and, no...they're not death and taxes).
*God is love.
*The absence of love is evil.
I am asking those of you who believe in God to take the pledge to show love and compassion for your fellow man, and to all God's creatures. Practice kindness. Be a lamp to help others find sure footing on the path to salvation. Let your light shine so that others may know...that God is LOVE.
