Demand Jessica's law be reformed to include only those it was really meant for!

Jessica's law now is based solely on age of victim and not litigating circumstances. As with a murder there is different degrees or levels to the crime. The sentence is based on the severity of the crime. With a murder some one's life is taken, but with Jessica's law this may not be the case. Those cases where no or little harm was done or even involved a consensual relationship are given the same sentence as those who have killed, kidnapped, or sexually abused another. Murder cases are given much less sentence time, they are released, and many murder again and start all over again. The reoccurrence rate for a SO is 1%, so much less then killers, but severally much more penalized. Why would the sentencing involving a murder be so much less when a life was taken, but this is not necessarily true under Jessica's law? Then again when a murderer is released he is not put on a registration list for the rest of is life destroying any kind of life he may be able to make for himself. His sentence is done upon release and SO's are penalized for life, even after he has served his sentence.
