Gay rights in Italy

Hello! I'm Marco, an Italian 20 years old guy who wants to make the difference and this is the first time I start a petition.
Italy is one of the few countries in Europe that still doesn't recognize gay unions and that's pretty sad.
Italy is a wonderful country with great people and, according to the last ISTAT - National Institute for Statistic and Research - survey, 62,8 % of them are in favor of gay unions (and 74,8% of Italians don't think gay unions are a threat for traditional families) but despite that gay people still haven't any kind of rights so are constantly discriminated ( also due to the inability of politicians to prevent such events).
Political parties are ignoring the will of their voters! Recently a draft of law in the Parliament miserably failed and worst are the allegations of interference from some high exponents of the Catholic Church, apparently afraid of differences... but the differences are resources! Let's embrace them!
Once a right is granted, for its own nature a right from individual become collective so it can give possibilities not only to a person or a group of persons but it can become a possibilty of redemption for an entire nation!
We must stand and speak with one voice, let's shout that love is much more stronger than hate.........Please help my country!! Have a blessed day,

Sadly we take down that recently a draft of law in the Parliament miserably failed, don't be afraid of differences, those differences are resources! Let's embrace them!
