Open Monahan's State Park For OHV Family Use

Monahan's Sandhills State Park has long been a treasure in the West Texas community, though the park is not living up to its full potential. On average, the park costs tax payers around $100,000 to operate annually.Off road vehicles are currently not permitted access, and the surrounding community's are not benefiting from the potential economic surplus.
