The S. Korean police acquitted the man who dragged a beagle to death.  This despicable incident happened on April 20.  A beagle was tied to the back of a car and dragged to death on the Gyeongbuk expressway in Seoul, S. Korea.  The perpetrater was drving a "Hyundai Equus" which is a luxuary line of Hyundai cars.  Animal activists in S. Korea have protested against this outrageous and unfair decision by the Seoul Seocho Police. It was confirmed that the man who perpetrated this crime raises dozens of dogs and rabbits in crowded raised up cages which means he is a dog farmer. He is not remorseful about what he did. In fact, he has threatened to sue a Korean celebrity animal activist for defamation.

This is a good example of how worthless their animal protection law is. Animal abusers can get away with just about anything in S. Korea. This type of evil animal torture is not punished even when the clear proofs (photos and videos) of crime is provided to the law enforcement. What a shame and tragedy!
Please continue to sign the petition to pressure the S. Korean police to reopen this case and punish the criminal who caused this poor dog an unimaginable suffering.

Seocho Korean Police Department has vowed to do nothing at all:
Let Seocho Korean Police know this crime deserves punishment:
