scrap bbc tv licence

The BBC news programmes and debates are biased and outdated, the whole BBC ethic is cronyism. The BBC should no longer have the power to enforce TV license payments, they should fund themselves. As a TV licence payer for many years I do not believe the BBC is value for money entertaining or unbiased.
