exorbitant expired chicago city vehicle sticker fines

Outrageous that the fine is over 200% higher then the actual fee, this is abuse of power.

Lets put a more reasonable system in place for late fees on things such as city stickers. Violations are currently 200%+ higher then the actual cost of the sticker.
