I am providing a very valuable and needed community service to Newington and greater Newington residents and their pets; including the elderly, disabled, and immobile. Currently, there is no other dog groomer within the Newington community, in particular, that offers the level of personal service Love Your Dog Grooming provides.
Further, other "home businesses" are operating in the community, such as Photographer, Family Daycare, Dog Boarding, Hairdresser and Beautician; all without apparent issue.

I am seeking your support to help me SAVE MY BUSINESS.
The strata body for Precinct 1 South at Newington is trying to close down Love Your Dog Grooming, with no reasonable grounds.
The matter has now been referred to mediation and my last hope is to bring to the table a list of signautres from my valued clients and supporters.
I have sought advice from Council, who have inspected my salon, and they have indicated that there is no breach of legislation or of Council regulations.
If my salon closes, there will no longer be a long-day grooming service within the greater Newington community. Further, as a single mum to a 5yo boy, and a mortgage, this business is my only income source.
