Allow Playstation Network Name Changes For A Fee. Base Accounts Off Reputation.

After all these years people have been complaining about their names being garbage or just that thy don't suit them anymore or they could be embarrassing to you yourself. Playstation network should add a name change feature and add a reputation feature so that you cannot grief people , change your name and grief some more.. Because honestly that's some actual BS if people did that. Make it so that we can change our name for a small fee, and have system indicating our behaviour from our account, not our names .
