Auto insurance charges need to be regulated

Anytime a accident is reported to my insurance (even when it was absolutely not my fault) Lexus Nexus records it against me. Auto insurance uses it as an excuse to raise my rate. It is unacceptable to be afraid of using a service you are paying a premium for.
