Demand that the DoE open its doors to all new energy paradigms from Aneutronic Fusion to ZPE

Over the last eight years I have collected many, many links regarding new ways of extracting energy from matter via the Weak Nuclear Force. Most notably LENR. Legislation should be passed that requires the Department of Energy to develop a public forum to discuss things that go far beyond the capability of nearly all of you energy production paradigms.
I believe that if there is anything that could lead to a more peaceful planet it would be the leveling of the energy availability playing field
