National Concealed Weapons Permit

There should have created a National Concealed Weapons Permit. Since it is been proven that concealed weapons are the number one deterant to violent crime, Americans should be able to get a National Concealed Weapons Permit to allow them to carry a weapon, even in areas with failed local guns laws, to protect themselves.
