Statue to enshrine Senators and Represenatives that Bankrupted America

I believe those of our Represenatives (both houses) as members of recent Congresses ( going back to a point where historical graph shows complete and unobejectable statistical abnormal and unrelenting record rise, and ceaseless slowdown (currently over 20 trillion), for the purpose of reminding our future generations, who will be held accountable for, and, or, suffer the consequences of such irresponsible, selfish and self enriching kicking the can down the road. Plaques afixed should spell out clearly which leaders of the majority and minority parties ignored the immoral consequences and pressured their members to lockstep or else. Each member should have their net worth upon entering public service and that of the most recent tax year listed following their Names, and dates served. Also, plaques representing each administration, President, Vice President and Cabinet leaders will be included in such a way as to make comparisons. Footnotes, must include historical references as to possible cause but must be compared to the next most recent severe event and its duration. Any anomolies or policies must state new amount funded and recipient group as defined by proven actual recipients. (Examples include: cash for clunkers, financial bailouts, failed business ie. Solar Panels etc. A Committee shall finalize significant failures and boondoggles, and those responsible for there attainment should be spot lighted) Further development of and for this cause is anticipated and nessasary. This petition hopes to be a catalyst into creating further interest and organization of likeminded individuals, who then can assemble the means of organization to make this goal a reality (Committee formation, rules of order, leadership, membership, fundraising, research, location selection etc. to be built) This petitions goals are 1. No less than 25,000 signatures of legal registered CITIZEN voters. 2. Is upon determination of minimum number, and satisfied maximum effort, meant as the beginning foundation of supporters, and also meant to be transfered (in certified copies of all signature sheets) to the President of the United States in hopes of his support publicity wise, financial support is not asked for but any private donation made legally will not appreciated.
