PARK LA BREA MUST LIABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND RETURN ALL THE PROPERTY WHICH WAS STOLEN BY THEIR EMPLOYEES FROM TENANTS, COMPENSATE ALL LOSES, PERSONAL INJURY, ETC... 

Park La Brea apartments are the biggest apartment complex in LA county and owned by Prime Group which owns and manages over $7 BILLION in real estate properties across the USA. According to online reviews, Park La Brea looks like heaven in the heart of Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles. But unfortunately, the reality is a little bit different... When you come to leasing office for the first time to check out apartments, you will meet the most professional and sweetest people at the leasing office who will do their best to help you find your "dream home". BUT Once you sign, everything changes... FACTS about Park La Brea apartments and its management: 1. Never ending ELEVATOR problem, it can be broken for one day, week, month, or even more! And Park La Brea does not care how will you get to the top floor of 12 story building. 2. Failure to provide a safe environment: leaks, fire, bugs, rats, illegal constructions and toxic odor. 3. Discrimination towards people with disability and failure to respond to the reasonable accommodation request. As per State and Federal law its considered ILLEGAL! 4. Burglary. Park La Brea take advantage of disabled people and steal their belongings after the eviction process. 5. Park La Brea employees call City Authorities on people whose property they stole and five FALSE STATEMENTS with a purpose to cover the BURGLARY. 6. Personal injury. Many tenants who been evicted in an illegal way are suffering from a severe personal injury. 7. Park La Brea Management spend tons of money on the best lawyers you can find in LA, so tenants have ZERO chance to win any case, even if the law is on their side. Park La Brea will do EVERYTHING to "corner" poor people and make them sign all documents in favor of Park La Brea management. 8. Director of Residential services is NEVER available to speak with residents because he is too busy removing complaints from Social Media and having a vacation. 9. GARBAGE !!! 10. The laundry room is the scariest place. Dark, dirty, smelly. 11. Machines in the laundry room always break, and if your property gets damaged in it after being stuck for few days because NO ONE from the management cares to fix the issue, it is your own problem and your own costs... The Director of Residential services won't even bother to respond to your complaint or request... 12. Maintenance is OK, but the buildings are very old, and it needs complete remodeling. Park La Brea illegal, cruel and discriminative actions must be stopped! They can block people from commenting on FaceBook, they can remove complaints and add fake reviews on Yelp, but they can not hide the truth forever... Due to Park La Brea cruel and illegal actions, I lost everything, almost lost my life... Dear Park La Brea management, instead of taking huge loans and investing in new properties and paying lawyers, maybe you need to fix current properties and provide good quality living for people? Please, everyone who suffered from Park La Brea illegal and ignorant actions, please share your experience.
