Add PS4 Party Chat Music

So on PlayStation you can open a voice chat with your friends and a Music option for the party would be pretty cool because alot of times someone in the background will play music through their speakers so the friends in the party can listen to as well or use Spotify and play music through your headset or tv. I think Spotify is a good mechanic to use for this idea, Have the party leader hold control over the music plays and even have the option to pass it to anyone in that particular party.
