For the third time in a row, in less than a month, Armando Guzman a local resident of Sandwich Illinois has been arrested and taken to county jail.
Armando Guzman attended school in Plano, one of Sandwich's neighbor towns. Throughout his time in school Armando received special education. Armando struggles with a learning disability, and faces speech impairment as well. While his family struggles to take good care of him, he has been unduly influenced by those who do not have his best interests at heart, and led astray without understanding the consequences of his actions.
I ask you to please sign this petition to the DA to drop any charges against Armando. He needs help, such as social services and rehabilitation -- not jail time. Please help us help Armando and his family. His parents struggle with 2 jobs at times to be able to care for Armando and themselves.
