TELL WHOLE FOODS, TRADER JOES & RALPHS TO END THE SALE OF "PALM OIL" TO SAVE ORANGUTANS

Most people don't know that many of the products they are buying at their local grocery stores contain Palm Oil. From shampoo to peanut butter to cookies, palm oil is a top ingredient also disguised as vegetable oil in many products. Sadly 90% of the rain forests have been destroyed to plant the African Palm to harvest it's oil because of the demand of palm oil in products. Rain forests are the home to Orangutans and many other endangered animals. Without their natural habitat and food, they cannot survive. 100 years ago there were thought to be 315,000 orangutans in the wild but now there are less than 6,600 left in Sumatra and less than 54,000 in Borneo. It is said that in less than 10 years Orangutans will be extinct if we don't do something now to save them. We need to make a change so that these amazing creatures don't become extinct in 2013. We are asking grocery stores around the world to switch oils and stop carrying any products that contain palm oil. It's that easy. Please help and sign this petition to stop the greed and save the last Orangutans!

Please check out the trailer to our documentary, "Give Me Shelter", which features how to help these amazing creatures and the rest of the animals we share this planet with!

Thank you for your help and compassion for animals!
