Demand a Ban on nets , ropes and cords and lines in Seaside south of beach and whole Monterey bay Killing seals

1/10 of a mile i find pieces of nets and ropes and cords and lines. Every day i have an idea how to put an end to this unecceptable circumstance but i need your help i'm Sonny Rice 

I am alone and having a hard time conviencing people to take notice of my findings what i really need is a news crew with a submarine to go down to the bottom and habe a look
I can tell some pf what i pulled out was from ww2 absolutely nothing metalic or organic in the whole mass
note . My idea was to have the fishing boats count and account for every foot of line and square ft of net and if some is missing and they could no produce the missing footage then a fine would be issued accordingly and in the he same token anyone who brings in to shore the likes of what I found should receive a bounty by weight much like aluminum cans or plasticbottles
