we need our constitutional Laws change we all needed to be treated Equialy minorities, and Veterans.

To change the way minorities, ,and Veterans were treated when they came out with disabilities, injuries, back disorders. To give Veterans the Evaluation needed to Retire the Veteran if they are totally disable, and could never work again in the Civilian world or go back to the service to continue to perform the duties of a soldier.
