Pension Scheme was introduced in Banks in 1995. Since then age to Serving Employees were revised 5 times. But Pension was not revised even once. Pension Funds in all the Banks are more than abundant . No need to provide Additional Pension Funds by Government or Banks. Then WHY Delay in Revising Pension For Bank Pensioners.

Manyaneey ManthriVary,  Mukhya NyayadheeshJi, Namashkar,
Keeping Pension unrevised for 22 years is not fair. It is violaton to Human Rights.

Pension Funds in all the BANKS are adequate , to pay the revied Pension.
There is absolutely no need of any Additional Funds to be provided by Government or Banks.
IBA is not authorised, not under control of Government , as per RTI.
IBA was reluctant to rectify the anomalies in Pension for 22 years .
Those who joined Banks 2010 onwards have separate Pension Scheme, these Funds cannot be used for them.
More over many Pensioners have been passing away every year, thus reduction in number of Pensioners.
The earnings on Pension Funds are used for Pension Payment.
There are several anomalies in Pension Related Matters. I have taken up one of them, which is most important ,one. The others will be taken up in due course. You may FOCUS on one ISSUE FIRST.
More over Bank Retirees earnestly implemented Government Schemes  and contributed for socieconomic development in the country.
Supreme Court declared the Significance of PENION while delivering the VERDICT in the Civil Appeal - 1123 , on 01/07/2015.
1) Pension is salary paid to the Retired Employees.
2) Pension is the Right of the Employees. Not merciful Bounty of Government or the Employer.
3) Whenever Wages are revised , Pension Should be Revised. Wage Revision and Pension Revision are in separable.
4) There is no discretion to Government or the Employer to deviate from the Pension Rules.
5) Lack of Funds is not justified.  Where as Pension Funds in Banks are adequate.
6) Litigation for the sake of Litigation should be avoided. Where as Bank Retirees are made to file suits in different courts, when JUDGMENT is in their favour, BANKS have been going to higher COURTS as if Bank Retirees are their ENEMIES, though they served Banks for decades earnestly with loyality. Banks have not complied with COURT ORDERS in many CASES, as I learn from Bank PENSONER FORUMS.
Several Representations were made from time to time, to the MINISTERS, MPS, MLAs, but there has been SILENCE. What happened to DEMOCRACY? What happened to HONESTY? What happened to JUSTICE ?
I earnestly request all of you , on behalf of 5 lac Bank Retirees to DO JUSTICE By REVISING PENSION without any DELAY.
I request all the Bank Employees and the Retied Bank employees to sign the PETITION and make the CAMPAIGN a SUCCESS. Thanks.
