Help us bring justice to victims of a violent gang attack

Theres a gang of teenagers terrorizing the school children in my neighborhood. In the last two months alone they have compiled countless victims and a laundry list of charges that are not being pursued by law enforcement because of their ages, we were literally told that nothing can happen unless someone is murdered. Even after the vicious gang attack of the boy Junior in the Bronx the city is still hesitant to get these gangs off the streets. This is a terrifying thing for any parent to hear and the children should only have to worry about their studies and not live in fear of being attacked or possibly killed. My 15 year old transgender son was brutally attacked and viciously beaten by a mob of teenagers. He suffered lacerations to the face, his eye was swollen shut and his orbital bones fractured because this gang of misfits kicking him in his face while he tried to protect himself on the ground and all for no reason whatsoever. He was abandoned by the city bus driver and left to fend for himself against a mob of teens that started their attack in the bus. The attack took place in front of an elementary school where children 5 years and younger were being dismissed at the time of the attack. Some of the kids that attend school with my son have been attacked by these kids previously, one example a boy was attacked on the train heading home from school and suffered a broken nose in the incident, there are stories of these kids attacking pregnant women and the elderly. These kids need to be corrected before anything serious happens. We are petitioning in hopes of bringing justice to the victims and hopefully ,after justice is served, rehabilitation to the attackers, God willing they can be saved as well, also and most importantly we are petitioning to save lives, the next attack carried out by this mob could be fatal!
