Bills and millions of petitions have been sent to Washington to stop the horse slaughter. It never makes it up to be voted on. Word is a payoff to one of our finest in Washington. In the mean time our wild horses, pets, race horses, are meeting up with brutal slaughter. Why is this not put bill put up to be signed. Please help us by signing to get an answer.
