Our middle school is deny us our rights specifically given to us in the Constitution.
The following list is what we demand:
- The school of rights of "in loco parentis" be given up to the students and the student's parents/guardians.
- All punishments must go before a jury as is the right of all American citizens, of nine randomly selected students from the different grades of the middle school, with a fellow student as the judge, and friends of the accused and victim being lawyers, functioning as close to an actual court as possible, deciding the punishment within reason.
- All accused troublemakers are considered innocent before being proven otherwise.
- All non-functioning current student government is reformed into a functioning government, with the most input from students.
- All program cuts may be approved by the students.
- All punishment is told in person the punished student's parents.
- The school remains the students friendly place it has come to be.
