Staff Who Teach request for equal representation by PFAC union

70+ members of the Columbia College Chicago teaching community are being excluded from PFAC membership through the implementation of the recent PFAC contract. Our exclusion is based entirely on the fact we have full-time jobs for the college, not elsewhere, and we believe this is unjust.

We have dedicated years to building our community and serving students inside and outside of the classroom.  We do not want to be divided or marginalized.  We are asking for same rights as any other adjunct faculty member who was hired by the college, to at least be part of the list of eligible teachers. If you believe we have the right to be represented by PFAC, please show your support.
