Greyhound racing is a cruel, self regulated 'sport' and any business that needs to promote animal cruelty to make profits is not worth associating with, so Please thank Debenhams for standing up for their customers and for the dogs by standing down on promoting these nights out.
If you can, Please post a letter, Preferably hand written to debenhams thanking them for saying no more cruelty. their postal add, is

Thank you. Vicki.
The Chairperson of Debenhams.
We would like to send our sincere thanks to the management of Debenhams for making the decision to kindly withdraw the sale of experience days at a greyhound track. We understand that you have withdrawn this offer to keep your customers happy and we greatly appreciate that you prioritized their requests. We hope you will research the plight of the dogs behind the scenes of greyhound racing as we believe the racing industry is not transparent and may mislead retailers to believe that there is little or no cruelty involved. We have provided some links that substantiate our claim that there is widespread cruelty and corruption within the greyhound racing industry. We sincerely hope that you will choose to view the links provided and if satisfied with the evidence, we hope you will reassure your customers that you will not participate in any future offers involving greyhound racing.
Thank you for your time. Kind Regards. Compasionate greyhound lovers UK.
