Residents of lions point condo assoc. are paying way too much for living conditions that are not up to code. The lions point condo assoc. has been covering up interior cosmetic damage for nearly five years without repairing the structural integrity of these three buildings. They have raised rent in most units and they are quick to evict, yet they will not provide adequate living conditions. There is water damage in all buildings and it has created structural damage as well as black mold. The pool for the complex also has black algea. (Black mold)
I firmly believe thats residents of lions point should be exempt from rent until the condo assoc. makes the necessary repairs. I also feel that Lions point condo assoc. should cover the housing expense that tenants will have to pay for a temp. Residence while said damage is repaired. This complex is a health hazard.
