In an effort to preserve our home values and provide a harmonic community for ourselves and families, it is essential to remove the current HOA President, Scott Hutchison as the leader of our neighborhood. Ideally we would like to start from scratch by creating a brand new board and hiring a new land management company (if any). The covenants of our neighborhood have been grossly mismanaged by Scott. His unethical practices of turning the blind eye on some rules while harassing others is not in line with the beliefs and values of our fellow neighbors. His lack of transparency with our funds has created a distrust among us. It is time for us to come together as community. Please stand tall and fight for all the empty promises that were never fulfilled by our current president. WE can be great again, there is no doubt about that! We just need you!
