Demand To Stop Online Sensation, Nate Garner From Faking A Service Dog, Now!

Nate Garner - an online star to you. An internet famous model. However, a disgrace to the community of people with disabilities who need service dogs to function.
Nate was kicked off of a beach because his pet dog, Max Garner, was with him. He then proceeded to purchase a "service dog" vest online. Nate says, "We got kicked off the beach so my dad made me a service dog!" (Directly quoted from a post on @iammaxgarner, his dog's Instagram.)
No matter what he thinks, say, does, or BUYS, his dog max is still a pet. Not a service dog. Service dogs are NOT legally considered pets, they are medical equipment.
A service dog is specifically task trained to assist their disabled handler with a task that they cannot perform themselves. They are not a joke.
Service dogs can be for all types of disabilities. Examples of tasks are: Alerting to panic attack, momentum pulling, wheelchair pulling, guiding around objects, alerting to anxious behavior, grounding, or alerting to a seizure. *There are more tasks, of course.*
ADA law (and some state laws) state that the faking of a service animal (whether it's a dog or mini horse) is a FEDERAL CRIME.
Yes, that's right. Your little Instagram start just committed a CRIME. He took part in illegal actions. Is that who you want your children to look up to?
We want Nate Garner to STOP faking a service dog, admit that he did it, and apologize to the community of service dogs and disabled individuals.
Our community is upset about this matter because fake service dogs can cause damage to a real, working service dog. Our safety depends on your respect, as our life rests in our service dog's paws. Please, respect the vest.
Fake service dogs cause us to have access issues. Some business will try to convince us that a service dog ID is needed, when in fact, ADA law does NOT require a service animal to have any type of vest, identification, or certification that it is a service animal. If someone with panic disorder has an access issue and can't get into Target with their psychiatric service dog because you came in before them with a fake service dog and an ID, what do you think happens?
Oh, right! You caused them to have a panic attack in the middle of the store. Obviously you are so selfless and care a lot about other people. (Sarcasm, by the way.)
We hope you learned a lot about service dogs, and a lot about what is wrong here. I also hope you know why this kind of thing upsets us, and why we ask you to stop faking service dogs.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at @service_dog_zeus and @theservicepoodle on Instagram.
Thank you for your time.
