Make Oregon a permitless concealed carry state.

Currently Oregon is an open carry state, our goal is to make Oregon a permitless concealed carry state. An armed society is a safe society. If we make concealed carry open to every eligible Oregon citizen our state would be a safer place.
The more good responsible citizens that have the means to protect them selves and those around them, the chances of someone with the intent to cause harm, acting on that intent goes down.
