We need a stop LIGHT at the intersection of Miller Road & the West Outer Road in Imperial Missouri

I have had several near misses at the intersection from cars running the stop SIGN going south on the Outer Rd. The last time I was almost broadsided but managed to stop in time and only get the front bumper scraped. The driver claimed that she stopped but didn't see me. She was on the phone. That's why she didn't see me or the stop sign. I have seen numerous accidents at that intersection and it's time for a light. Please sign the petition to the state to get a stop LIGHT.
