High School should be like College

A lot of kids, including me, are stuck inside a structerd school system all day and it drains us. If teachers want us to be more independent, give us the opportunity!!! Not so many rules. I believe High School should be more like high school. Your counselor helps you decide what classes you want to take for your future career and you can change it any time, you have from Freshmen year to Graduating College!!! We shouldn't need to learn stuff we will never use in our life. Teach the basic stuff in Middle School. History should probably be required so it doesn't repeat. This helps so that students can be more independent and not be at school for 7+ hours 5 days a week.
