Jarrettsville Subway wage reform

Here at my local Subway, a closer (person who handles management duties while closing the store) works harder than a minimum wage employee (MWE). Yet they are paid the same. A manager works extra hours to keep the store running but is paid no overtime. An owner can not afford to help this, if she is to continue to turn a profit on the business. There's a solution to this- decreasing the margin on closer pay and distributing hours to employees. With enough support, we can convince this Subway's owner to reform the existing system for payment of a "closer".
