Cedar Rapids/Linn County Deserves & Needs a Casino

The city of Cedar Rapids, Iowa in Linn County is a place filled with incredible people and resources. Recently, the idea of installing a casino in Downtown Cedar Rapids near the Cedar River was voted 4-1 against by The Iowa Racing and Game Commission. The idea of a casino in this location is widely recognized by a healthy majority of voting and taxpaying citizens as a quality project to enhance the commmunity a great deal. A casino would create short and long term jobs for the community with a wide ranging affect monetarily on the community as well. 

If you are one of the majority in favor of a casino in Downtown Cedar Rapids, sign this petition and let's do what the government seems incapable of.
