Demand to be removed from the City Limits of Guthrie.

We petition the City of Guthrie to be removed from the city limits. Issues: our roads are not paved or maintained properly. There is no city road leading into out development. Our fire department is Oakcliff, a volunteer fire department. We have no fire hydrants, no water or natural gas available, we all have our own wells. The police do not care about the traffic or how fast people are going. There are some people that speed through the community not caring about children or anything else that may be in or close to the road. It does seem to matter to them how many pet/animals you have, even though they are well taken care of and don't bother any one, if they do bother someone we talk it out among ourselves. There is property in our neighborhood that needs mowing, looks like the city dump. these are all things that would not allowed in the city limits

Solution: Please leave us and our animals alone unless the are being abused, If you insest that we be in the city limits fix the roads as they do in the city limits. Put in fire hydrants give us the options to have city water and natural gas.
