THE MAYOR OF ARECIBO ( CARLOS MOLINA )HAS AUTHORIZED THE EUTHANASIA OF ALL DOGS ON THE STREETS OF ARECIBO. THIS MAN HAS AN INVALID CONTRACT TO DO SO AS IT EXPIRED AT THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST AND DENIES SUCH CONTRACT EXISTS. PLEASE FLOOD HIS PAGE WITH PROTESTS. HERE IS HIS SITE
