Stop Microsoft from blocking IP addresses of legitimate web sites!

Are you prepared to pay Microsoft for the privilege of using their hotmail email services? If something isn't done now, you will pay, either directly or indirectly through any online business you subscribe to, to use your hotmail email address. Through Microsoft's mail domain, outlook.com, Microsoft is blocking IPs of legitimate web sites from sending mail to customers who use outlook.com based email addresses. They simply don't deliver the mail, period. This includes email addresses from hotmail, bell.net, bell.ca and symaptico.ca because they are hosted by outlook.com. The ultimate goal of this action is to force all web sites to pay Microsoft for the privilege of sending mail to outlook.com addresses. These additional costs of doing business will be passed on to hotmail users. Since I switched my ISP to bell.net, I am personally blocked from receiving mail from my own web sites which are hosted at godaddy. Since bell hosts one of the largest email services in Canada, this precludes most of Canada from signing up to my web site using a sympatico.ca, bell.ca or bell.net email address as the web site's account validation email will never be received by the customer. My own personal ISP, bell.net, who hosts their mail service with outlook.com tell me they cannot force Microsoft to deliver mail to my bell.net address. It's just another example Microsoft's policy to squash innovation and creativity in technology that is superior and contrary to their business model. At this time there are no problems with mail services from any private domains such as gmail.com. Microsoft must be stopped, boycott spending any $$$ with Microsoft in any way if you can.
