discrimination

First of all thank God. Secondly, I want to share my taught and my complaint against the manager of kauhale'olu  apartment at pepeekeo, hi 96783. I will share my experience on these complex, for over 4 yrs ago I've never had violation against anyone. But now I receive one, for the first time in a long time!!...

over two week's ago, my manager move to the complex undernead us. So, on the first day and my first time being their neibhor. She yell up to my complex and yelling, "stop running in the house". My 2 yrs. old was shock because, it was so loud and my neibhor were talking about it during that day. But I didn't know because, I was bathing my 3 other children during the time my 2yrs old was running around the house. I also, didn't give her permission to yell at my children. At the same day we talk at the office, so I told her that I will do my best to making him not to run around the house. And the folowing day my manager was playing loud music. So, my concern is how can't a 2 yrs old stop making noises, But an adult can make noises??...is this ok??...the next following week,  me and the managers we're arguing about the same problem that they want me to discipline my 2yrs old for not running around but they're playing loud television and music. After our argument that take place around 8 pm thru 8:30 pm. So, I was wondering why???, the rule and regulation say's quiet time is around 10 pm and 8 am in the moring...well, I'm confuse about these kind of a situation going. Is this too much??or they think they own these property and don't event server there guest better and loyal, but they're serving them unloyalty and i think this is a bad enviroment we're living in.

They also don't know how to work as a manager and an assistant manager but they're working because there mother want them to do so...is this ok???...no experience about paper work but working as one...unbelieveable!!...My roof top as not fix yet because they're  waiting for their mom to come and work on the paper work.

Any comment or is there anything i have to do to not give my children/ prevent my children from getting kick out of these complex. because, these two manager who doesn't have experience on kids and how precious our kids are???
