Bins for a good dog walk

I am trying to get two dog bins placed over the head at Hengistbury head.
currently there are none over the head but 17 bins are elsewhere. This doesn't help dog walkers who walk over the head though ! Ultimately i want Bournemouth council to place just two dog bins over the head one near the old life guard station and one further along before you go down to the beach. I am a keen and responsible dog owner.
