Volga-Century PSD located in Philippi WV, Wants to raise their monthly rates yet again!

recipient: Public Service Commision concerning rate increase request from Volga-Century PSD.

The Volga-Century PSD has raised the rates often and we have remained silent. I called the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission Ingrid Ferrell and she says we can sign a petition and it will be brought up in the meeting to approve or disapprove the rate increase on October 28. If enough of us sign the petition our voices will be heard..
