Demand Uber & LYFT ban fillming passengers & fire Jason Gargac

St. Louis Uber and LYFT driver, Jason Gargac, has put video of hundreds of passengers online without their consent. Most have no idea that they were being filmed. Both Uber & Lyft refused to fire the driver noting that Missouri is a one party consent state for recording. Demand that Jason Gargac be banned from driving and that both ride share services ban drivers from filming passengers without explicit consent.
This is a public safety issue. He films people who are sometimes intoxicated. His unsuspecting passenger victims are then the subject of sexual banter for his online viewers. His videos show where the people are going, what bars they frequent and where they live although he claims to turn off the street view leading up to the passenger's house.
The St. Louis Pist Dispatch was able to track down some of the women who were filmed. None of the passengers were pleased. Journalist Erin Heffernan reported that "Gargac has given about 700 rides in the area since March through Uber, plus more with Lyft. Nearly all have been streamed to his channel on Twitch, a live video website popular with video gamers where Gargac goes by the username "JustSmurf."

The Post Dispatch article further decribes an incident in which "his camera captured a momentary view up a woman's skirt as she slid across his back seat. It was then "clipped" by one of his viewers for later viewing. Gargac says he asked the user to remove it, but it was still online by publication of this story."
