Permission to go into BUSH HALL HOTEL site and clean it up and put back to its form of glory

My goal is to get enough signatures together by everyone in Hatfield and Welwyn community to grant permission to be able to go onto the land and clean it up and make it look like it did when it was open. Purely because the fact it's such a sentimental hotel and everyone in this community has had memories or spent there childhood there and it's such a shame and such a waste to see it like that. So I want to get permission to be about to go and clean it up. Not just on my own. The Welwyn and Hatfield community will all help out to put the hotel back to forma glory
