I believe strongly in animal rights and I don't believe that someone should be allowed to own an animal again after they have previously abused one. They have shown that they can't be trusted with animals and I don't think we should take the chance of them abusing another animal. Many animals are abused intentionally in different ways; for fun, for sport and it needs to be stopped. We can't let people be trusted again with the precious lives of innocent and harmless creatures. This could help save lives and reduce the risk of these animals being harmed again. Please let's put an end to animal cruelty:nothing deserves to be beaten or starved or be abused and neglected in any other way, especially harmless and precious animals that know no better. We can't trust people that have records of abuse. They could do it again.
