Prohibit the sale of DOGS & CATS for profit

If profit was eliminated from the breeding dogs & cats, incentive to breed for financial gain would end, & only those who want to breed for the passion of it would remain. This would END the OVERPOPULATION of DOGS & CATS & having them end up living in cages in shelters or, even worse, killed for lack of space in shelters! Shelters would become non-existent. Millions of sweet beautiful dogs & cats are killed every year. Please sign this petition & help save lives.
