Oppose HB 330, Qualified Immunity for Auto Accident

This bill sets aside civil liability penalties for any motorist who strikes and injures a protester with his or her car, so long as the protest doesn't have a permit. It is an open invitation for people to use their vehicles to attack protesters the way James Fields did in Charlottesville. It will put innocent lives at risk and interfere with our constitutional right of peaceful assembly.
