Are you sick and tired of Matrix? I mean, after 6+ months, it should be easier to use it and to get what you are looking for, right??
You are not alone. A significant number of agents in the MFRMLS are frustrated ... frustrated because Matrix just is not working for them or their customers. Auto-emails disappear; searches are inconsistent, and if your listing is over 180 days old, you may be missing important potential buyers.
How about that "single page" report? How many pages did you get? And don't you miss the online CMA we used to have, where customers could click thru the images and see for themselves their competition??
As one agent put it so clearly: "I feel like Matrix has destroyed the rapport I had with my customer."
Matrix is a system, put together of a variety of software tools, and they don't work well. The refrain I have heard from almost all agents is, "GRRR! I HATE MATRIX!" And this is after training; this is AFTER 6+ months of working with it, trying to live with it, and now we have had enough!
Sign NOW and let the directors of the MFR know that we are tired of this system, and that we want the old MLS system back!! Realist, too. Kick it to the curb and have iMapp reinstated!
