Let Hardworking Girl With Epilepsy Graduate!!

Alex deserves to graduate, she's given high school her all despite her medical issues. She deserves to walk across the stage with her classmates!

In Alex's words: "Due to my epilepsy & medical issues I can't walk across the stage with my classmates this year. Everyone is saying it's because I'm dumb & failed too many classes. Before you know my story you shouldn't talk.. My freshman year my issues became so bad I had literally been kicked out of school because I couldn't even go for one period without the nurse calling my mom for her to come get me. With that happening I got put on homebound; my homebound teacher came to my house only one time & didn't give me any work. The next school year I was being homeschooled having to redo my 9th grade year, while doing my 10th. It was so hard I didn't accomplish all of it. I went into South Paulding trying to pull my crap together & graduate on time. I came out with a very bad concussion & I could only go to school for an hour or so each day for a month. All the hard work didn't pay off. Now I suffer from extremely bad memory loss & can barley remember what I did yesterday. That has yet to stop me, I still try harder then ever & I won't give up. I still look damn good in my senior picture & I will eventually become very successful. I've been very embarrassed to even share any of my senior pictures, but since people are talking I'll give em somen better to talk about. This has all taught me to never give up, & I won't. Never confuse education with intelligence. đź’ś"
